This policy explains what information Images by Brandon collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information collected
Images by Brandon collects the information you choose to provide through the contact form, custom-size quote form, newsletter signup, and checkout. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, message, requested dimensions, order details, and shipping information. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Images by Brandon.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare custom quotes, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Email addresses submitted for the mailing list are used only for occasional news about new work, limited releases, and events when Brandon approves a send.
Email consent and unsubscribe
Newsletter signup requires affirmative consent. We retain the email address, signup time, source, and consent record. Marketing sends remain paused unless Brandon explicitly approves a specific campaign. Every marketing email will include a direct unsubscribe link; an unsubscribe request will mark the address as unavailable for future marketing messages.
Sharing and service providers
Images by Brandon does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and fulfill orders, such as Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email delivery, hosting and database providers, and production or shipping partners when needed to complete an order.
Retention and contact
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-service records. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email brandon@imagesbybrandon.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, or operational reasons.
