Website measurement choice
You can turn off optional page, shopping, and favorite measurement on this browser. Your cart and saved photographs still work. Order records needed to complete purchases are kept. This setting does not change email tracking or newsletter subscriptions.

Shopping preferences and measurement
Your cart, saved photographs, and recently viewed photographs are stored in your browser. Shared selection links contain photograph identifiers. We record shopping events using a random session identifier lasting up to 30 minutes to understand page and photograph views, cart additions, checkout starts, and purchases. Traffic event records do not directly contain your name, email address, or card details. If you purchase, the session identifier can be associated with the order to measure checkout completion. Saved-photograph counts use a separate random browser identifier. We do not track your browsing on other websites.
Information collected
We collect information you provide through contact and custom-size request forms, newsletter signup, and checkout. This can include your name, email address, message, requested dimensions, order details, and shipping information. Stripe processes payment information; we do not store your full card details. Customer contact and purchase information from Square may also be synchronized to support customer service, purchase history, and mailing-list management.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, provide support, and maintain business records. Newsletter subscribers receive photography stories, new work, and event news. Eligible subscribers and buyers may also receive automated welcome or purchase thank-you emails.
Newsletter activity
Resend delivers our newsletters and email notifications. When tracking is enabled, email activity can include the recipient email address, opens, link clicks, clicked URLs, delivery results, and unsubscribe dates and times. We use this information to understand engagement and resolve delivery problems. An open signal does not prove that a person read an email; privacy tools can block or automatically load tracking images.
Email choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact brandon@imagesbybrandon.com. We keep signup and preference records and exclude unsubscribed addresses from marketing. Square imports are checked against recorded opt-outs. Unsubscribing does not prevent messages needed to complete an order or respond to a request.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. Providers supporting the business include Stripe for website payments, Square for in-person purchases and customer records, Resend for email, hosting and database providers, and production or shipping partners where needed to fulfill an order.
Retention and contact
We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including customer service and business records. Recent unsubscribe activity appears in the admin overview for ten days; suppression records can remain afterward to prevent unwanted marketing. To ask about your information or request deletion, email brandon@imagesbybrandon.com. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, or operational reasons.
