By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Collector Care and Order Terms, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Artwork and site content

All photographs, text, logos, designs, and other content on this site are owned by Images by Brandon or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork.

Product information

We aim to describe artwork, finish, size, and color accurately. Display settings, lighting, screen calibration, crop, and room mockups may affect how a work appears online. Room mockups and size comparisons are illustrative; actual installed size and appearance may vary.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed. Images by Brandon may cancel or decline an order where there is a pricing, inventory, payment, or other material error, and will refund any payment collected for a canceled order.

Third-party services

The site may use third-party services, including payment, email, hosting, and fulfillment providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Images by Brandon is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside of its reasonable control.
